AGCO Introduces AGCO Brand Baler Twine and Net Wrap

09/15/2009

AGCO Parts announces the new AGCO brand product offering of high strength baler twine and net wrap designed exclusively for AGCO hay equipment. This extends the company’s existing line of twine products.

The  twine products have been tested to meet the performance needs for each type of baler in the AGCO hay equipment line--large square, round and small square. Using advanced manufacturing equipment results in fewer raw materials to achieve higher tensile strength. Only virgin plastic resin is used in the manufacturing process. To protect against light degradation all twine is treated with a UV inhibitor.

AGCO Professional Grade baler twine has higher knot strength, and AGCO Advanced baler twine is designed specifically for extreme baling conditions that require increased grip to avoid slippage. The new line of AGCO Professional Grade and AGCO Advanced baler twines and net wraps is available in the U.S. and Canada from AGCO Parts dealers, including Massey Ferguson-Hesston, AGCO-Hesston, and Challenger.

As well as the new twine offering, AGCO offers hay preservative systems and the Hay BossTM G2 bale tagging system that records internal bale quality, which can be retrieved with the ease of a consumer bar code.
