Daimer Industries Super Max 12300 machines with Automatic Shutoff Technology (AST) provide a feature that improves productivity for cleaning and maintaining farm equipment.
AST closes down the pump and motor after 30 seconds if the gun is not in use and water is not flowing through the system. When the pressure washer operator squeezes the trigger, the motor and pump switch on.
This feature is ideal for set ups where pressure washer operators are working far away from the machine and it is not practical for them to go back and forth to turn it off during every work break. The motors and pumps in many electric pressure washers remain engaged whether or not water is flowing through the machine, which can damage the pump and motor.
Daimer Industries, Inc., an international provider and multinational exporter of commercial cleaning products, introduced the Super Max 12300AST heated, electric pressure washers. The multi-mode systems can clean with cold water, wet steam or hot water. Super Max 12300AST power washers offer pressure levels of up to 3000 psi, flow rates of up to 5 GPM and 10.0 HP electric motors. Optional features available at extra cost include multi-gun operation, wet sandblasting and dual or multi-pressure selection. The mobile pressure washers includes: a 50-foot long, high-pressure hose; a three-foot trigger wand featuring fast disconnect; an assortment of nozzles; and a steel, chemical and chip resistant case.
Daimer also offers a complete line of gas pressure washers, unheated and steam pressure washers.
